Select Trip Schema

Hi guys,

Everytime that I am creating a travel expense report, the SAP shows a pop-up "Select Trip Schema".

Here we use only one schema and this pop-up is not necessary to us.

Where can I customize it for not be displayed everytime?

Is the IMG -> TM > ESS > Homepage Framework > Resources > Define Resources ?

There I have 7 Resources Object Key. All begins with "EMPLOYEE_". What is the correct to insert this code?

I think this is the aswer for a problem of mine too. The only thing that differs is that I nedd to make this change only for Italy (morei = 15). Anyone have an ideia on how to make this?

I would assume that this happens in portal.

The best solution for this is to maintain an URL parameter for the ressource you defined for the service. Please go to IMG :

Define Resources ---> add entries

and maintain the following URL parameter:

sap.xss.tra.TripSchema=01

If there is already another URL parameter connect them with &, for example:

refreshmenue=true&sap.xss.tra.TripSchema=01

Dear all,

We have two trip schemas, 01 - Domestic and 02-Inernational. Can we automaticaly select the trip schema based on the trip country selected in travel request?

e.g: if trip country = India (IN) then trip schema = 01 , otherwise 02?

We are trying to avoid the user to select the trip schema while creating expenses.

Your inputs will be appreciated.

Hello,

No, the system will still prompt you to select the trip schema. But it will however default the country you use in Travel Request.
