HI all,

Error :Account 1000 is currently blocked by user SAPUSER

can any body tell me how we can unlock the customer.

Go to SM12 transaction to unlock the entries.

Hi murali can you tell me the process,

iam useing this rfc,

BAPI_CUSTOMER_CHANGEFROMDATA

in that iam given the

salesorg= 0001

dist= 01

division = 01

customer 1000

now i want to unblock the account 1000

please help me

Dear Dhanush,

Go to SM 12 transaction enter Client and user name then press on List now system will display the detail of Lock Entry List in that list you select customer 1000 related lock entery then delete.

If you don't know the Client and User name you can press on List with out giving any data now system will give list of lock entries from all users.
