Return delivery

Hi,

I did one Repair order.......and i got the number.....when iam trying to do Return Delivery....In delivery document Picking Tab.....Picking quantity is 0(Zero)...

When iam trying find Return item in Sales Document....it was not showing the return Item.

What are the relevant setting i need to do for this Process..

Hi,

Also maintain the Schedule Line Category Standard is DN.

Hi,

I checked all setting what you posted .........but by default system has picked IR as a Scheduling Category.

B coz iam doing Returns and Repair Process...

If you need clarity plzz revert me back..

Hi Maruthi,

In the Return Delivery --> Picking tab the picked Qty is 0.because the that particular item is not RELEVANT for PICKING.

You can check the same in 0VLP Details of Delivery Item Category.

Hi Maruthi,

In the Item Category of Return Material (VOV7) tick mark the Returns controls.

After creating the Return delivery,you do not need to do picking as the material comes from the customer.

We do picking for our internal movement of materials.(storage locations)

This will solve your problem.
