what are the essential steps for maintaining sales inquiry. i use T.C - VA11, after filing all details it flashes a error regarding access sequence. what i do now, please suggest................
check the analyse the condition and find out which condition type is has the problem and see what access sequence is defined for it and then select the access sequence and find the table set for it.if field is not maintained for it v/04 then changes canot be done by at that time you create a new table by copying the other one.
actually error asked for condition table are not maintained for the access sequence. so which fields are taken for this, when we creating condition table
The fields are to chosen as per your client's requirement.
Go to Display Condition Tables (v/05) & put the table number which you want to maintain & enter.You will get the fields on LHS for which you have to maintain the Condition Records for automatic determination of pricing.
Put these condition tables in the Access Sequence.
