Hi,
I've seen on a business scenario document of SAP that even in the classic scenario it's possible to execute goods receipt by the requester in SRM. My question is: if in classic scenario the purchase order is created on R/3, how can the requester create goods a receipt in SRM for a specific PO? Does SRM get data (items, supplier, etc.) from a R/3 PO in the creation of a goods receipt document?
Regards,
Cristiano Soares
Dear Cristiano Soares
In Classic Scenarios we have Purchase Order in back end systems. How ever Goods receipts can be done in any of the systems either in EBP or in R/3.
After creation we can cancel the goods receipts in any of the systems either in SRM or in R/3.
And re-create the new goods receipts after cancellation in any of the systems.
This is also shown in the PO history in backend system and in SRM in check status history.

HI SRM GURU
We are implementing SRM 4.0 and follow a classic scenarios.
While creating a shoping cart the approval of Shopping cart is based on various attributes like
Material Group + Cost Center + Value .
Can I change the standard workflow conditions and add new conditions like material Group and cost centers.
So that when I create a Shopping cart and change the cost center in the shopping cart, it goes to the head of the new cost center(for Approval) which is manually entered in the shopping cart.
Can this control be achived through the Org plan attributes.

We are implmenting SRM 4.0 and in Classic Scenarios.
We are creating the shopping cart which is generating a PR in back end. The Pr is converted into Po in Backend.
During GR in SRM we have 2 person one creating GR confirmation and other approving the GR confirmation.
Which roles should be attached to the person creating the confirmation where by he is able to view the shopping cart created by others and create a pre-confirmation so that finally the person who creates the shopping cart confirm the goods receipts after the pre-confirmation is created.

To answer shortly YES.
Shopping cart created in SRM (EBP) can create Purchase Requisition or Purchase Order (depending on your customizing and completness of data in shopping cart). Both of those documents are replicated to EBP. You can see details of those documents via EBP user interface.
Because if that you can create confirmation in EBP or Goods receipt in backend. For goods receipt you just have information that it is created (only number and system in which is created) and you cannot see it via EBP user interface.

Hi Gordan,
This is in reference that when you create a goods receipts in EBP you can even display the goods receipt and also delete the goods receipt in EBP as well as in SRM.
In confirmation option in the SRM there is a combo box named "Make a seelction" where we can select 2 option for Display/Process Confirmation and go to dispaly button.
there we have delete option and retrun delivery option as we can do in R/3 .

Hi Cristiano,
When you create Purchase Order in backend that time you have all required data .And after that it also show in your follow-on doc .So you can very well create GR for that PO in R/3 .
