Where are "Local Data Values" within GUI stored?

When I Customize Local Layout in SAP GUI is this data stored in the registry or in a *.ini file?

From within Customize Local Layout I want to choose OPTIONS, then the LOCAL DATA tab, then change the EXPIRATION time for the history records from 3 months to 1 month. I need to know where this value is store once the change is made.

I'm trying to create a generic template for my Citrix users.
