Workflow status is in waiting

Hi,

We have created a Shopping Cart and the approval Workflow triggered successfully, but it is in waiting status. can any one tell me how to process that.

Retriger the workflow using T.code : SWUE.

1.selec obj type: BUS2121

2 Event : SAVED.

press the object key enter the Shopping car no and execute

and check

Can you please provide more details about the issue.

Once the shopping cart is created approval work flow will be triggred and the status will show Awaiting for approval since XX.XX.XXXX date and is pending with XXXXXXXX person.

What exactly the issue?

Hi,

Agree with Krish. Please check in TCode SWI6 if the cart is awaiting for approval status and you can find out that which approver actually cart is pending with by clicking the Ready push button.

But the SC Approval mail has not been sent to approver, the SC is help at the first step. can you please let me know how to resolve this.

Hi,

Did you "Order" the shopping cart or "hold" the SC? In case you have just held the SC workflow will be in waiting status.

only when you order the SC the workflow will be "Started" and the dilog wotkitem will be sent to corresponding approver.

even after ordering, if SC is not going for approval then you need to check whether the resp WF is working well.

and the available version of WF is active

and the workitem is processed correctly.
