HU inventory - DCC

Hi, I have problems with LM58 transaction. We have following examaple:

I am doing inventory on two bins, first containing HU and second is empty, but in SAP it is opposite, which means that

somebody has placed HU in second bin instead of first. Now, when I scan HU in first bin, system says that this HU is in second bin, which is correct according to SAP but in real world not, because of mistake by placing goods in bins. How can I enter this HU in first bin and tell SAP that this HU is really in first bin, not in second. I'm trying with button New Item, but it doesn't help.....

First do a bin to bin movement of HU by tcode LT01.

Transfer the HU from 1 bin to another in SAP

Ok, but bins are locked, if you start LT10 transaction, and under Inventory. If I knew, that I must move bin to bin in SAP to follow situation in real world, I wouldn't need inventory. Am I missing something?

Try LT01 . Before that goto bin master data LS02N and check whether bin is blocked for putaway or picking, if yes then remove the block and then do LT01.
