How to redirect to another iView (not VC, to JSPDynpage)?
In JSPDynpage it's doing by EPCM.doNavigate().

You can Use a Button with the Hyperlink action and define its target to the requested i-view, you can check the i-view location in the portal via its properties (Object Properties) from Content Administration --> Portal Content --> Browse/Search.

if your want the other iview to displayed in the same window
follow the steps
1) place a html view
2) place a button on the existing form or create a new form and place a button,give some action to the button
3) drag the out port of form and connect to html vie in port
4) select the data flow link and give the url properites = url of second iview in single cotts and set the event name of the button to data flow link

HTML views cannot be used inside popup iViews. Element will be ignored.
