mesaage processor

Hi

is it possible to change message processor in transaction crm_dno_monitor.

when i switch to edit mode it was not possible to change the assigned message processor in the above mentioned transaction.

So i tried to the transaction dnotif_fct where i culd able to change the message processor but the changes are not impliacting in the transaction crm_dno-monitor

any idea guys?

Hi VJ,

You have role "SAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS" or even higher assigned to your self ? It looks like authorization issue. refer to Solman Authorizations document.

thats it u solved my half of the problem .....

could you can tell me why if i change in transaction DNOTIFWL say for example message processor or priority of the message then these changes were not shown on the message in transaction crm_dno_monitor
