PO e-mail output text

Hi Guys!

As output we are mailing our POs to the vendors. We still use the standard text as notification in the e-mail: "Please find enclosed the.....".

I have to change the notification text that is prompted in the e-mail- Also the text in subject line needs to be changed

I think the text is determined somewhere in the PPF, but I cannot find it.

Hi Dieter,

Pls check the form BBP_OUTPUT_COVER & the class CL_BBP_MESSAGE_CREATE & CL_BBP_MESSAGE_CREATE_OUT.

Thanks that was very helpful. Now I understand.

Texts are taken form another SF -> BB_OUTPUT_COVER. This smartform contains the body text. Can you also tell me where I can find the text that is prompted in the subject line?

but table HRS1206 shows WF task descriptions.

I think Email text for PO output is determinned in PPF application, but I cannot find it. I checked from PPF customizing class CL_PD_PO_PROCESSING_BBP and method PROCESS_BBP_PO_MAI and also class CL_BBP_MESSAGE_CREATE and Method CREATE_BODY.

But I cannot find the Text ID

Can you check STXH,STXL sap scriot tables.but not aware of text id .
