Material is not checking Licence

Hi Friends,

Request please help on the below queries.

Sales order is not assigned to licence after save the sales order. Why?

I am getting the message "Material is not subject to control. Why?

How can i resolve above two problems. Please let me know the root causes.

I feel your explanation is not sufficient to give a solution.

Sales order is not assigned to licence after save the sales order. Why?

You have to tell whether you are executing any export order. Similarly, on your comments "Material is not subject to control" also, I am not clear.

May be you have to explain a little bit clearly

Hi Lakshmi,

The product is not being checked for a licence when orders are being put on. As a result we nearly sent the product to a customer that we did not have a licence for.

Can you look into this please and if you could let me know how we can get this material to be checked in the ENGK database.
