Hi guys,
Is there a table one can look into to see all HTML templates in SRM that can tell me who changed the template last?

Hi,
See the table IACS.Enter the service name and you can see the user ID of the person who last chnaged it.
You can see all ITS template related tables in tcode SE11 starting with IAC*
