pricing error in billing - message V 55

Hi All,

Iam getting a error when creating a biiling document

"Pricing error in sales document ", it is a delivery related biilling.

Any thoughts !!!

Dear Sriram,

It seems you are getting the price in sales document only & in billing its showing the error message. It means the problem is related to copying the prices from sales document.

I think you are carrying out new pricing in billing document.

Check your copy control settings for new pricing.

Also give more detail of the error message you are facing.

iam not carrying out any new pricing when copying to biiling document. The pricing in copy controls is G not B.

Hi Sriram,

You have 'pricing error in sales document'.

Pl. check the mandatory condition in sales document which are missing. So while billing you are getting this error.

Check your customer master / bill to party.

It may be that the invoice list is not active over the process and while maintaining a new customer entry has been made for invoice list calender in customer master.

Dear Sriram

First check in sale order whether the pricing is flowing for that particular line item. Then go to VK12, input the condition type and execute. There check whether the pricing is maintained and the validity period is within the billing date.

On the other hand, in sale order itself, if the pricing is not flowing, then you need to maintain the same in VK11.
