Error:The database connector 'crdb_ads.dll' could not be loaded

I have written a report using CRXI professional. I have downloaded the trial of CRXI Developer, and installed it. When I open the report run it I get this error:

Failed to load database information. Details The database connector 'crdb_ads.dll' could not be loaded

I am trying to connect at an advantage DB, on a linux machine. FYI, the report worked on a different machine using the professional edition.

Any help????

you are posting on a LINUX forum... and you are looking for file crdb_ads.dll' which is a Windows file.

you are confusing me (andp probably others)

Eric,

I posted the message on the Linux form since the description of the error refers to an issue with connecting to the DB on a Linux Machine.

You are definitely right in saying that it is a windows error, since CRXI Developer is installed on my XP computer. I guess I was a little confused as well.
