WF WS 14000133. SC available in approval inbox for all users.

We are working in SRM 5.5.

We activated WF WS 14000133 with BADI SAP_APP_BADI_EXAMPLE (SAP BADI example for Determination of Approver for n-Step Dynamic Approval Workflow)

When we create a SC system works OK, apparently. System determinates levels and approvers OK.

The problem is that any user can approve the SC. The SC is available in approval inbox for all users in all levels.

We thing that it isnu2019t a role problem, because the problem only appears with this WF (WS 14000133)

Any suggests?

The problem is that the sample BADI will return the non-existing agents of your system. The sample BADI's are there for our reference, not to use as it is. Implement your own. Since the BADI is not returning the approvers and the task defined as "General Task" it goes to all.

Check the agents in the workflow log. Probably no agent is assigned to the task and the task is set as general. Usually this is the problem.
