Sync Roles in CC

hi all,

We have a strange issue. We created several test roles in our backend. Then we syncronized CC with the backend (FULL SYNC Role+USer +Profile)

Only a few roles did appear in our Role reports.

Is there some rules related with roles which could "block" this import?

Are all the roles created in same language in backend PFCG ?

Is this language same as the language of the communication user used in CC?

Is the language of user with which you have logged into the CC application same as above in UME ?

We found the solution yesterday and you are right!

The language of the user we used to create the roles in CC, was not the same as the CC one.

An other symptom is that some of the roles appears as no conflict in CC, even if then have some sod conflicts.
