Need help with simple BPM scenario

I am trying to execute this scenario:

Source file is getting deleted but unable to get the output file.

Where can I see an errors ?

Hi...

Check the receiver communciation channel is correctly configured. Check in the SMQ2 and refresh it and also refresh the cahce.
