Reprted by & Person responsible in a NOTIF_CREATE message

Hi all,

Is it possible to define a connection between the Reprted by & and the Person responsible in a NOTIF_CREATE message screen? Meaning that when a specific user opens a message, the specific person responsible will be planted automatically in the NOTIF_CREATE screen.

"Reported by" field is automatically filled. That definetly works.

The reported by field is filled automatically, but can the person responsible field be filled automatically as well, depending on a "relationship" with the reporter, defined by me?

This all should happen while I'm creating the support message via CREATE_NOTIF.

No. The Support Team can automatically be determined and notified but the message processor cannot. I'm not sure that you want this determined at message creation any way? It is a very un-flexible approach to using the Service Desk. This is best controlled from within the Transaction Monitor Screen.
