Hi
How do we unlock XIRWBUSER when it gets locked ? Please tell me how to change password for XIRWBUSER in SU01 ? Also I need to know how to change the same password in Exchange profile ?

You need to have Autherization to reset passwords then only you can have Lock tab in SU01. If you doesnt belong to admin user group then ask basis to do this..
For exchange profile changes Nilesh has already given necessary steps above

Also to change in XChange profile...
1. On first page -- Click on Administration ( You need admin roles for this).
2. On left hand - Under tab "repository click on "Exchange Profile"
3. On next window, expand Runtimeworkbench-->check for property name "com.sap.aii.rwb.serviceuser.name" and "com.sap.aii.rwb.serviceuser.pwd".
You can set p/w here..
But I'll suggest ask your Basis team to do the changes, in case if you really want to change pwd.
