APIs to manipulate (read/write) plain text files!!!!!

I need to load external plain text files for an application developed with SAP Netweaver Developer Studio, manipulate the content of the files and then to write de changes, I want to use the APIs developed for SAP Netweaver instead of the Java APIs, but I have not found the APIs.

You have not found them, because they do not exist since there's a Java API.
