SAP Content Server - store billing document

Hello all,

I would like to setup automatic sending of invoices via mail to external customers out of SAP (VF02). I have already opened a thread about that, but from the customizing site, everything looks ok.

Now we figured out, that something is trying to access a SAP content server and it is trying to store the document there before proceeding.

I know we did some settings for the content server in the past, but we never used it, so it could be deleted. Now I am trying to "deactivate" the content server settings and delete the repositories, output device etc..

But I still get the error when trying to send the billing document via email.

Can anybody tell me, where SAP customizing triggers the storing of the billing document in the content server?

hi,

please, check configuration of business work flow,

in that check with events ie, for triggering points defined for web mail with users, u have to deactive events.

Without going into your specific details, try the following.

Check if you have defined an arvhice in tcode oac0 alternatively csadmin.

The problem is fixed now. We've had an entry in OACT that triggered the archiving.
