RTA BC set activation

Hi Guys,

We have finished installing the needed RTA in teh backend system and upon trying to activate (via transaction SCPR20) the BC set (/VIRSA/CCAUTH_52), we get the message on the bottom left screen that "Procedure cancelled by user". There is a green radio buttom with a tick next to it. We are not able to get to the next screen where we have the activation options.

However, upon checking the BC set consistency between our sandbox and test systems, the BC set are identical. We've also checked the SP of the RTA's between systems and they are also the same.

Anyone have a clue what that "Procedure cancelled by user" meant? It looks as if the activation of teh BC set actually works, even with that message appearing in the left side of the transaction (SCPR20) screen. Is there a way to check if activation of BC set are ok?

Thanks.

Raymond

Hi,

Check below after BC sets activated , if the Roles are generated

it means BC Set activation is succesful.

After activating the BC set for FF, execute transaction PFCG in the client where you are going to use Firefighter and check whether the following roles have been generated:

/VIRSA/Z_VFAT_ADMINISTRATOR

/VIRSA/Z_VFAT_FIREFIGHTER

/VIRSA/Z_VFAT_ID_OWNER

/VIRSA/VFAT_ROLE_ADMINISTRATOR

/VIRSA/VFAT_ROLE_CONTROLLER

/VIRSA/VFAT_ROLE_OWNER
