When creating a support message using NOTIF_CREATE I'm required to choose the IBase component (System/IBase). Is it possible to narrow the list of Systems/IBases to favorite systems only (more than one)?
You sure can. Chances are you wont be creating messages from SAP delivered clients anyway. You can clean them up by going to transaction IB52 and entering 1 as the installed base. Here you can "cut" the unwanted systems out of your ibase.
However, when trying to cut the unnecessary iBase components and saving it, the components did not disapear from the list (trans. IB52). Am i doing something wrong?
I have read in this forum a recomendation to implement SAP note 1049800....
