Error in creating a request CUP ( AE53)

I have installed CUP ( AE 5.3) .

All the configurations are done. When I click on create a new user request the screen goes into a busy mode & remains in the same state. It doesn't give any error message.

Has anybody faced simillar error before..I have checked all connector / request initiator settings & they look ok.

Hi

The problem is not with AE configuration but with the loading of the requestAccess.do page .

Please restart the J2EE server where you have deployed and try again.

If problem persists please let us know ;

Which browser are you using , IE , mozilla etc ? and if it is IE which version is it ?

THe problem was already solved by me team martes . The restart trick worked !!
