Dear gurus ,

When running VE01 for INTRASTAT reporting, I have incomplete billing documents with the message EIP020 'The statistical value of the document item is zero'.

My questions are:

1 - how can I update these billing documents?

2 - how can I prevent it from happenning in the future?

I would be very, very happy if someone could point me the right direction.

Hi,

1 - how can I update these billing documents?

With VE01, choose for "log type" = B (not test run).

In "incompletion log", click on icon (or "correct error") to correct your document

2 - how can I prevent it from happenning in the future?

Control your pricing procedure with the condition type VPRS.
