In shipment cost I defined -
>
pricing procedure SDFC00
condition type - FB00
access sequence MATK
condition table - 701(service agent - transportation zone of destination)
Then i defined a condition record for: (24-10-08/31-12-2008)
Service Agent : 1058
Transportation zone of destination : D000020000
When i create an order,
for customer 27799 (with trasportazion zone defined in Customer Master: D000020000)
in shipping cost info (service agent : 1058)
simulation of shipment cost document doesn't find my condition record, and in analysis of Pricing procedure it gives me this error:
ACCESS NOT MADE (INITIALIZED FILES):
SERVICE AGENT (OK- THE SYSTEM FIND IT IN DOCUMENT)
TRANSPORTATION ZONE (!!!!!!!! - THE SYSTEM DOESN'T FIND IT IN DOCUMENT).
Have you got any solutions?
Thanks a lot
Alba
Hi,
You said you specified the TZone for 'customer'. But did you do it for sold-to, ship-to etc. ?
Normally the TZone of destination is defined at ship-to-party level.

Hi Alba,
Pl check:
1. If the routes are picked up properly in SO as per the transportation zone defined
2. Generally, Transportation zones are attached to a Country. Try including the Country in the condition table & try.
Pl let me know if you still have problems.
thanks & regds

Hi!
Firstly thanks a lot to have answered to me....
1) the routes are picked up properly (and they are defined in function of transportation zones)
2) I have insert in my condition table COUNTRY...:
SERVICE AGENT/COUNTRY/DESTINATION ZONE
I have done a condition record with:
SERVICE AGENT 1058
COUNTRY : DE
DESTINATION ZONE: D000020000
The error is the same at the moment of the order shipment cost INFO:
ACCESS NOT MADE (INITIALIZED FILES):
SERVICE AGENT (OK- THE SYSTEM FIND IT IN DOCUMENT)
COUNTRY(!) - THE SYSTEM DOESN'T FIND IT IN DOCUMENT
TRANSPORTATION ZONE - THE SYSTEM DOESN'T FIND IT IN DOCUMENT.
Have you got other solutions?
Thanks a lot
Alba
I have tried to do another thing:
i have done a similar condition type and then a condition record for pricing procedure of the order (RVAA001).
SOLD-TO PARTY: 27799
COUNTRY: DE
and the system finds country in order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So the problem is that when i try to do Shipment cost info in order, only at this moment, the system doesn't find COUNTRY.
! in condition Type FB00, after i have insert in access sequence MATK /condition table 701 the field COUNTRY the system give me a warning message:
"_Field ALAND of access sequence MATK could not be checked_
Message no. VY143
Diagnosis
The field ALAND for access sequence MATK was not checked by the system. No checking rule has been stored for this field"
Other ideas?
Please let me know..

Hi Alba
First go to your Access sequence, select it and click on the "ACCESS" in the left side in the Dialog structure.
Select your condition table row and double click on the "FIELDS" on the left side.
Press "ENTER" till the condition table is opened and the technical names are displayed.
Now save it. It is initialized now.
You also maintain the Transportation Zone in the customer master > General data of the Ship-to-party as Tr zone is taken from SH.

Thanks a lot Pradyumna...
i have controlled first my ACCESS SEQUENCE.
And in FIELD, the field of transportation zone was already displayed and its technical name is LZONEZ.
Then I have controlled my customer (ship to party) 27799 and in GENERAL DATA i had already written TRANSPORTATION ZONE..
So.. what can i do know??
It's possible that in order when i do simulation of shipment cost, the system doesn't find the TRANSPORTATION ZONE?
I don't know what i have to do now!
Thanks in advance
Alba
