Hi,
you can create an RFC between solman and EP by using tcode sm59 in solman, and by using service JCO RFC PROVIDER service which exists in portal.
1:
go to sm59 and click on create button and create a TCP/IP Connection (type=T)and click on radio button Registered server program and give the Program ID,and give the other details and save.
2:
login to visual admin tool in portal.
click on service jco Rfcprovider service and give all the details.
but here the programid should be exactly same like you have given in the ABAP stack (sm59 tcode)
narsi.

Hi,
On the ABAP stack, your create a TCP/IP Connection (conn. type "T"), in SM59
Activation type = Registered server program
Program ID = something like MYPROGRAM_ABAP
Press "SAVE"
In visual administrator:
<SID> --> server --> services --> JCO RFC provider
Program ID = the same as you used in abap
All other parameters need to point to the ABAP stack.
Press "SET"
greetings
