Can any one of you friends tell me some realtime tikects and there soluation.

Hi Sayan,

Just forgot to mention some points.

Tickets are of different priorities like LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH & EMERGENCY. Hence depending on priority you need to speed up your solving process.

Hi Sayan,

The real time tickets are various type depending upon the business scenario. It depends on user how they frame the tickets. Once the ticket comes to you you need to contact the user to clarify their doubts & give them proper solution.

Some of the real time scenario are as under:

Q: System problem, sales order could not be process.

A: From the question one can analyse that there is some problem with system or with server. But this is not the issue. Here you need to contact & ask the user the real issue. Now here the problem could be sales order could not be created because of some missing entries or delivery could not be created because of some missing entries in SO or user is not having authorization to create it.

Q: Missing authorization to create Invoices.

A: Here the user is having the authorization to create invoices but the question is incorrect. So ask the user to clarify it. Here the problem could be Billing date is of previous period, or pricing is missing or export data is missing.

So always check the incompletion log first it will give hint.
