Rebate Settlement.

Dear SAP Experts,

Simulating the rebate :

During the settlement of the rebate through the agreements.

I can do the partial as well as final settlement both accounting documents with credit memo is being created.

A message is appaearing the sales volume is not current.

What is to be done with the same.What can i do to remove the error

Hi

Go to t.code VBOF, put yout agreement number, remove the activation from "TEST" check box and execute.

Then comeout completely from the screen to the Easy Access screen and again go to your Rebate agreement in change mode VBO2.

nOW, YOU WILL NOT FIND ANY PROBLEM.

Thank for your prompt reply but I have run the report before the lists contains no data after removing the check on test.

What is to be done!

completely come out from the Rebate Agreement screen after execution. Then again go to VBO2 ,put your Agreement number and open it.

Ensure that you have already created and saved the Rebate billing documents before following the above process.

Then definitely it will work.

This message generally appears when you have created a Rebate agreement after you have posted some billing documents for that customer.

Use VBOF to update the billing documents for the agreement and i think that you wont get the mssg again.
