hi,

i have order with status 'open' and also 'not delivered'.

may i know what is the difference between open and not delivered?

as open can be not delivered or partially delivered then what is this not delivered?

Hi,

When u save the sales order, the status wiill show Open, means not completed delivery. in this delivery u have to pick quantity as you need and do the PGI. once u done PGI it will show not completed. then u have to do invoice for particular delivey, the save the billing document and relase to accounting. then when see status, it will show, completed.

Hi ASK_COMM

The status point of open sales order and not delivered,if possible two ways 1.your not full fill the mandatory fields and if 2.your not dun the PGI also the show the status,sales order is opened.

Open Orders :Not dun PGI.

Opened Deliveries:Not dun Billing.

Open Billings: Pending Account Document.

Open Items : The values not post to the G/L Accounts.
