Dear All,

while running the all the reports of * sales information system* both standard and flexible reports giving the error No data exists for chosen selection .

Please help me how to get executed these reports.

Dear Claudia,

thank u very much for all the details which you have given for my question,

After checking I found the info struct S001 is not getting updatded even though maintaining all the setting for this infor struc.

1. OMO1 (posting period I, & V2 updating)

2. OVRO ( sorgdchldiv11+1)

3. OVRP (sorgdchdiv1111+1)

but when checking the order simulation MCVR not showing S001.

Please give me the soluation for this and thanks in advance.

Hello,

to first please check the tables in transaction if there data are exist for the infostructures S001, S002 ect.

If there are no data in it, then no documents were updated.

In this case you should check the customizing of the updating for the logistig information system.

Please check the transaction OMO1. This is the trasaction to swich on the updating for the infostructures.

If the infostructures here relevant for updating, then you should check your entries in the trasactions OVRO and OVRP.

Here you have to maintain a key for the updating of a document.

For example: you can go into transaction MCVR (simunlation of an order) and check if the order updated or not and why it is not updated.
