Our change button is disabled when looking at a confirmation. When is that button active?

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Check if the invoice is posted on the Purchase order.
Changes should not be allowed in confirmation if purchase order has GR Based IV checked and invoice is posted
