Which GUI does SUSE Linux 11 integrates with, as there is a problem with the print outputs from SAP.

Hi,

Novell does not ship a GUI for SAP. Running on Linux, you either have to use the JavaGUI, or you can use the WindowsGUI together with a Windows emulation program, e.g. crossoveroffice or wine.

Thanks,

Hi Hari,

I recently tried SAPGUI 6.40 for Windows in Linux by installing in it on a Wine Flavour called CrossOver (http://www.codeweavers.com/). It wasn't too much difficult to do install and although it is not running as good as in Windows, it did its work.

I'd recommend to your to install the Trial version of CrossOver and install SAPGUI 6.40 on it. Tell me back your thoughts!

Cheers,
