Regarding IDOC type which contains Overall Status of order

Hi,

Could someone help me out in finding the IDOC type in which Overall status( This is present in shipping tab of Order creation or change sccreen(VA01 or VA02)).

I want to send this data out to external server.

Hi Yaseen,

The IDoc that is created with Transactions VA01 and VA02 is ORDERS05 Idoc with message types ORDRSP or ORDCHG.

Use Tr.code WE60 in R/3 to find the appropriate field in ORDERS05 Idoc. If you don't find a field in Idoc corresponding to Overall Status field in VA01 or VA02, then you have to extend the Idoc and populate that field using an user exit.

Hi Sam,

I have found an IDCO(SISCSO01)that has field(Overall status GBSTA) which I require. Cant I use this for VA02 or VA01 transaction? If possible can you tell me how?
