HTTP Adapter error description not showing in alert

I have created a alert thru alertcatdef & created a rule in administartion, when we have a issue with http adapter, I get the alert as follows

Subject: HTTP Adapter Error

Importance: High

Alert ID: ##06488##

HTTP Adapter Error - Possible Tracs Interface issues

Hi

You didnt have variables in container at all or no container variable to provide alert description?

Did you tried configuring these available container variables

I checked the language in the alert classification proeperties, we have set to EN, when I login also we are using EN, when I go to container, no entrys showing

Which container you are using to populate Alert description?

Can you please make sure one thing.

Is the login language for PI system(when u give your user ID,password and login language) same as login language for your Alert inbox?If not, then can you please make sure both are same.
