TRANSPORTATION ZONE OF DESTINATION

Hi all,

someone knows where the pricing procedure SDFC00 (condition type - FB00 / access sequence MATK /condition table - 701(service agent - transportation zone of destination)) takes the field TRANSPORTATION ZONE OF DESTINATION?

F.i. :

- "SERVICE AGENT" is in field TDLNR (and i insert this in order under shipment cost information TAB PAGE)

- "TRANSPORTATION ZONE OF DESTINATION" where is in order?

Does the system take it from CUSTOMER MASTER? or from where???

Hi,

Check FB00 condition type in t-code TK13 and see what point of departure& destination/transportation zones you have maintained out there. You will come to know the reason.

In VK13 i have maintained the value D000020000. and i have just maintained it in CRM of ship to party. But when i try to do shipment cost, the pricing procedure doesn't find the condition record. Why?????????

Shipment conditions are maintained via TK11 not VK11... check and let me know.

Hi,

Have you checked the validity of the condition record and date on which you are creating the shipment?

Also, check the pricing analysis and let us know the exact message for your condition type FB00

yes, the validity is ok.

The error message for FB00 is:

ACCESS NOT MADE (INITIALIZED FIELD)

Field in condition table - Field in document - Value in document

Service agent Service agent 1058

Dest.zone Dest zone !(exclamation pnt)

The problem is that system doesn't find dest zone in document.

Why?

I have defined it in customer master.
