Shipment cost pricing procedure

Hi all,

i defined in pricing procedure (for shipment cost):

condition type--> access sequence ---> Condition table (SERVICE AGENT/ DESTINATION ZONE)

Then i defined a condition record for

SERVICE AGENT: 1058

DESTINATION ZONE: D000020000

when i create shipment cost for this service agent for a customer that is in destination zone D000020000, the system doesn't found the condition record and the error is

ACCESS NOT MADE : inizialized field -

the system find only service agent but no destination zone.

Why??????

(i have just assigned in customer master, transportation zone to the customer).

Hi,

Check that you have assigned access seq. in condition type if yes then click on record for access to see the condition record if not then do the assignment.

If assignment is there then assign all table to fields.( Select the access number that having table & click on fields in access seq.)
