Hi Venjamin,
Try giving XIRWBUSER userid.
It will work.

Hi Venjamin -
If you're trying to set up CCMS, there's a good, comprehensive guide on the service marketplace that steps you through this:
http://service.sap.com/~sapidb/011000358700004422742005E/XIMonitoringHowTo_01aSR.pdf
If this isn't what you're looking for, let me know. Also, what you're doing right now through RWB, can just as easily be done on the ABAP side (using SAP GUI).
Best regards,
Jin
Hi Venjamin -
I could not expand the XI <SID> node via RWB either, although I could do it in RZ20.
I get the same message as you do when clicking into the <SID> node. I don't believe this to be an error as no properties such as assigning a auto-reaction method can be maintained for that node.
When you maintain your sub-MTEs (such as 'IEngine_<SID>_<Client> Integration Server' or 'QRFC Queues') under your <SID> node, you'll be able to drill into or select the relevant properties for those elements.
Best regards,
Jin
