can I create a select-options field on a webdynpro field ?

If not please tell me how can create one ?

Sure. You can create select-options in WDA. They are exposed as a resuable component. Try searching here on SCN - there are tutorials and videos and I believe a forum thread that lists many of those in the same question that was posted 2 days ago. Also you probably want to start by just reading the online help on the subject:
