Restriction of user do not use other plant cost centre and profit centre

In our client side, a user is using Cost centre of other plant. How to restrict the usage of other plant Responsible cost centre?

It is happening while creating PM order through IW31

Apart from this user is changing responsible Cost centre and profit center in additional tab of PM order. This results is improper report generation in FI (cost settled in Cost centre of one plant and reflected in profit center of other plant).

Please provide the solution

create a authorization role against the IW31 And IW32 t-codes in role restrict the cost centres.

Hi ashok,

our actual requirement:

For one role we have assigned to access two plant Cost centre

but we want the same user should not use other plant cost centre

Ex:For User 'A' we have assigned plant 1000 And Plant 2000

while creating PM order for Plant '1000' system should not allow to use cost centre of Plant '2000' for user 'A'

you need to make separate roles for this then only you can solve your problem
