hi,

i have question on ova8.

if [high dunn level] is flagged and [reaction] is D and [high dunn level] is 2.

may i know if credit limit is not over yet but at final dunn level (in this case the highest is 2 and F150 already carried out the 2nd dunning run) where FD33 also shown dunning level 2, will credit block take effect by not allows to create new order?

but it does not block when i test.

where in ova8 i need to tick or configure in order when dunning level max hit, the system will block subsequent order.

i believe if you set dunning level at 2, the system will block when the level reaches 3. but please do test.

hi,

it does not block when i create new order for this particular customer even the dunning level already at its max. this is why i am asking what are the area in ova8 is critical if i want credit block happens when the max of dunning level hit even the credit limit is not reached.
