Export a whole Project / Import in another SAP System

Hi there,

i have here a complete ABAP Webdynpro Project.

It is all in one Package ZZXX

So what i want to do is to "export" the complete Package and "Import" it in another SAP System that is not in the same transportsystem.

So can you explain how this works?
