Partner Fun.

Hi,

In the sales order Partner functions, I want to give the Partner like "ZM:Employee responsible".

How we can assighn the number there? How we can create the Partner function number for Employee responsible?

Hi Jyothi

1. Create the Partner function "ZM" first if it is not available.

2. Assign the Partner function ZM to the Account group of the Sold-to-party.

3. Add the Partner function to the Partner determination procedure for Sales doc Header which has been assigned to the Sales document type

Now in the Sales order, in the header >Partner function tab ,you can add this new Partner function and the resposible employee who will perform this function.

Use PAL1 or VPE1 to create the employee.

Goto SPRO :

Logistics - General > Business Partner > Customers > Control > Define Account Groups and Field Selection for Customers

or T code OVT0 to define Customer account group. then

goto Logistics - General > Business Partner > Customers > Control > Define and Assign Customer Number Ranges

or tcode OVZC

to assign number range.
