Sales thru Broker

Dear Gururs,

I have a client who sells his goods to his clients thru brokers. The Quantity Contract will be done on the name of the broker, lets say 10 Loads. The broker will ask to deliver these 10 loads to different customers. The customer name has to appear either from S.Order or Delivery. How to map this .

Assign forwarding agent in your partner determination procedure.Now

create a forwarding agent and assign that forwarding agent in VD02->sales area data -> in partner functions assign fwd agent

say for example your sold to party is 1000.then assign a forwarding agent (say your forwarding agent is z100). in VD02->sales area data -> in partner functions assign fwd agent .z100.

Now create the contract with sold to party 1000 then the fwd agent 100 will be taking care of all transportation and other things as per your requirement like delivery

In the same way if you assign the same fwd agent to another sold to party and then create contract then he will take care of the delivery

then u have to maintain in customer mater different shipt to parties then u will get.
