display text based on condition

I have a requirement in which i have to display text if the value exist or certain condition satisfies.i am new to smartform. help me out. please

If you are supposed to print lv_text, then In conditions tab give like;

lv_text Not equal to INITIAL (Not equal to can be selected by pressing the middle button between two fields)
