No inspection lot for calibration

Hi all,

I am facing one problem in equipment calibration.The problem is that no inspection lot is generated for calibration

I have maintaimed following seeting

1)Equipment cration(IE01)

2)Created eqipment task list ( IA01)

3)Created maintenance plan (IP41) wherein order category is maintenance order and order type as calibration order.

4) And sheduled the plan ( IP10)

Inspection type is already active against the order type

Please guide what i am missing is the orde category correct?

hi

Check this setting for your order type.

.Check Task List attached in your order should have inspection point 300 in the task list header T-Code IA06

and inspection charectristic with sampling procedure should be assigned to the operation

.

in spro check

Quality Management>Quality Inspection>Inspection Lot Creation>Define Inspections in Plant Maintenance> here assign 14 to the respective ordertype

Also please check the following settings in SPRO

SPRO --> plant maintenance --> maintenance and service processing --> maintenance and service order --> assign inspection type to maintenance/service order type

here u have to assign inspection type 14 to your respective order type for calibration secenario

please check and revert back.

Dear,

For creating task list to generate inspection lot you have to use IA01 and in header of this equipment task list below you will see inspection point, there you select 300.
