how i can block the contract-order and order with ref to contract which r already done.

One of the option is to maintain "Reason of Rejection", which will Block the contract and similarly for open order with ref to contract.

I am unable to understand, what have been done? Is it Copy from Contract to Sales Order, Or Delivery and Billing from Sales Order done.

it can be done with transaction variant but it will be applicable for all the orders, but requirement is to grade out only for this particular order.

Dear Santosh,

If T. Code: VKM1 is not serving your purpose; you may define "STATUS Profile" (T. Code: BS02/ OBIS) for Sales Order.

The users with proper authorization, will only be able to Change Sales Order.
