Check in runtime workbench, in Adapter engine all adapters are shown or not.

Hi,
If this is the Fresh XI Installation means,
Here you have to Import the .TPZ Software Component Version SAP Basis which will comes with Installation Package.
1. Copy XI3_0_SAP_BASIS_6.40_17_00.tpz to directory /usr/sap/<SAPSID>/SYS/global/xi/repository_server/import/
2. On your SAP XI host, call transaction SXMB_IFR.
3. Choose Repository (Design).
4. Choose u2192 Tools u2192 Import Design Objects
2. Choose the file /usr/sap/<SAPSID>/SYS/global/xi/repository_server/import XI3_0_SAP_BASIS_6.40_15_00.tpz
5. Import the file.

Hi Ravi,
thats not a problem, Even iam getting the same info While i clicked on JPR Adapter through RWB.
This is not the correct way to monitor the Communication channel.
This is just to see wat r all the adapters those were got installed .
if you really want to monitor , then goto Communication channel monitoring and provide ur channel details to view any related errors to ur scenario

Check if the user PIDIRUSER in not locked. It could be because of user got locked. Look into tcode SU01.

Hi Ravi,
Check in transaction SU01, the user PIDIRUSER is there or not. If not ask your basis team to create the User.
I faced same error, My Basis team run the user master setup I think.

Quick question... is this a new install?
Basically you need to ensure you have imported the Software Component SAP BASIS into the repository. This contains all of the adapter metadata.
