You can create Billing individually or can be created collectively.
In collective processing we use transaction code VF04, where number of deliveries are collectively processed.
Out of so many deliveries suppose you want to bill one particular delivery,then we go for VF01, put the required delivery number and bill it and this called billing explicitly.
